MATHIEW BAIS
Mathiew is a globally respected visionary technology leader with over 38 years of experience in developing, integrating, and implementing strategy in confluence with organizational development. Having accumulated international expertise working on 5 continents, he has successfully bridged the gap between human and material resources, always yielding significant cost savings and helping organizations in solving their difficult problems enhancing their operations.
Mathiew has served in various Board and Senior Executive capacities with roles like CEO, CMO, CTO, and as a leader of several engineering and research teams. His skills in Mergers & Acquisitions, analyzing strategic partnerships, and performing due diligence stand out resulting in outstanding corporate growth. As a strategic visionary, he has helped organizations develop technology road maps leveraging software and hardware innovations, while influencing and coaching their joint engineering and sales teams. His collaborative, cross-functional initiatives have delighted clients who gained leadership with new IT applications.
Working with project implementations for multiple organizations – public and private – Mathiew advanced expertise in artificial intelligence machine vision, e-mobility, and rapid-charging technologies – embedding these especially in the electronic security, access control, wireless networks, AI video surveillance, energy management, and RFID-related industries. His expertise spans several sectors: manufacturing and outsourcing worldwide of electromechanical assemblies, digital-video processing coupled with deep-learning AI-predictive motion analytics, and face recognition for commercial retail, financial, education, and transportation applications – and also as government applications for border security.
Mathiew holds multiple degrees in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and physics from international universities including Northrop (California), Polytechnic Institute (Greece), and University of Paul Sabatier (France). He has also undertaken certificates in technology management to stay ahead of time. As a multilingual, he is fluent in English, French, Greek, and Italian.

For a Fortune-500 company, I was tasked to integrate various technologies across three continents. This also included building their marketing and sales teams and focusing their R&D technology teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and on budget. This resulted in their rapid growth in revenues, profits, and shareholder value.
WHAT CHALLENGES DO YOU MOST ENJOY HELPING CLIENTS ADDRESS?
I enjoy addressing complex client issues with innovatively organized solutions, ensuring the confluent integration of latest and emergent technologies. By relentlessly thinking out of the box, it allows me to providing sustainable results in a short period of time.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE DOING IN FREE/PERSONAL TIME?
I love traveling with my family, exploring various cultures, liking nature and good food, and making new friends. I enjoy smart-home technology automation, hiking, scuba dividing, and skiing. And I love engaging in intelligent conversations.
