A Dallas, Texas based marketing firm, FactorBrand helps ConfluCore and its clients in communicating fresh ideas creatively. It helps business organizations in moving forward by applying avant-garde marketing practices that encompass among other areas: space design, marketing strategy, growth insights, digital marketing, and brand development. Its expertise in retail-shopper integration has been rated amongst the best. Serving companies of all sizes, FactorBrand has a special relationship with Fortune-500 companies a few of which include Dr Pepper Snapple Group, John Deere, and Wells Fargo. ConfluCore’s website is also managed by FactorBrand’s highly competent staff including Frank Gray, Shauna Day, and their design team.

HyperGrowth Solutions (HGS) is a specialized Information Technology Services company that assists organizations in turning their business strategies and processes to detailed underlying IT infrastructures that ensure an optimum alignment between the two. HGS commits itself to delivering the most effective integration of disruptive technologies, thereby ensuring that businesses achieve their next levels in the most efficient and expeditious manner. As part of this service, it also mentors management in developing their knowledge and skills to profitably implement their digital transformation solutions. Per need basis of its clients, ConfluCore draws on HGS for focused planning and/or implementation of digital and IT infrastructure solutions.

A psychometric solutions firm based in the U.K., Lumina Learning has a worldwide network of assessment practitioners. They have developed innovative approaches to psychological measurement in various categories: leadership, sales, self/emotions, teams, and more. ConfluCore believes in measurements, qualitative and quantitative, in management. People are central to society; their potential must be developed by/in organizations. This requires measuring growth in their abilities, achievements, attitudes, innate skills, and traits. To provide our clients with a consistent and modern set of these assessments, ConfluCore’s partners are themselves certified as Lumina practitioners and, when needed, we also leverage Lumina colleagues in 40 countries.

University of Dallas is a private, independent university accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. ConfluCore’s alliance with UD is based on key values. Believing in giving back to society, particularly the cities where ConfluCore offices are located, we have partnered with UD in Irving to advance business practices. UD is “field” oriented with an exclusive DBA program for full-time managers. Additionally, 80% of UD graduates participate in international programs, being exposed to multi-cultural business environments. We offer joint certificate workshops in Business Dynamics, Cyber Vulnerability, and Thinking Skills for Boards and Executives.
