JOSE CORELLA

A unique strategist and marketing leader, Jose has established a track record of driving growth and fostering innovation, especially in consumer-centric industries.  He has successfully led diverse teams through a myriad of strategic projects, proving his ability to design, develop, and deliver strategies that have catalyzed significant business expansions.

Starting with the U.S. Air Force, he acquired a disciplined foundation and a pursuit for excellence that underpin all his persistently successful endeavors in the corporate world. In the corporate domain, he first served Procter & Gamble (P&G), where his strategic management talent, financial acumen, brand stewardship, and commercial innovativeness delivered accelerated growth across numerous product categories and a portfolio of $400 million. His proficiency in strategic planning and execution earned him a respectable position across the industry in which he has earned several awards and distinctions.  

Jose then joined Kimberly-Clark (K-C) where he started leading commercial transformation initiatives as a marketing leader and general management executive, managing billion-dollar brands and strategic initiatives across personal care. He then advanced into K-C’s Global Corporate Strategy where he was engaged in establishing the Transformation Academy which boosted organizational effectiveness and scaled business agility across the enterprise.

Jose earned a Bachelor’s in business administration, majoring in Marketing. His MBA had a major in Innovation at Northeastern University. He earned professional certifications and licenses in digital marketing, change management, Agile, and Red Team Thinking among others. He is a co-author of the forthcoming “Big Things Fast” leadership development book and holds two patents in product development.  A firm believer in lifelong learning and self-development, Jose draws constant inspiration and support from his family.

What is the biggest transformation you have been a part of?

Serving in Global Corporate Strategy & Commercial Transformation at a Fortune-500 multinational, I was assigned to lead a thorough organizational transformation, where I implemented agile work practices that enhanced commercial operations across several functions, delivering innovation, growth, and profits.

What challenges do you most enjoy helping clients address?

I thrive in tackling complex strategic challenges that necessitate comprehensive spans of existing business models and practices. Integrating financial insights with cutting-edge marketing strategies, I love converting perceived obstacles into opportunities that result in operational success at speed.

What do you like doing in free/personal time?

I enjoy reading, running, and writing – pursuits that feed my intellectual curiosity, physical fitness, and creative expression.
