WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO WORK AT CONFLUCORE?

ConfluCore has distinguished itself as an incomparable, futuristic management consulting and executive development team comprising absolutely outstanding, brilliant colleagues. We provide Boards and CEOs with a coherent picture that integrates all puzzle pieces which typically are in silos and helps executives effect legacies. Our team has fun putting together a realistic, successful roadmap using our innovations/R&D. Whether as trusted advisors, or experienced problem solvers, and talent developers – we apply SIGOMO® and Business Dynamics to organize information and identify effective decisions, exposing clients to fresh opportunities, even those that may seem remote.

WHAT’S THE BIGGEST TRANSFORMATION YOU HAVE BEEN A PART OF?

One of my significant transformations happened when I was the General Manager of a company that was losing $300,000 a week when I took on. I actively led an integrated transformation of its managerial, financial, and operational areas. Within six months, we exceed breakeven and started gaining grounds, netting profits of $300,000 a week. This is now a multinational organization and operating at a much higher level.

WHAT CHALLENGES DO YOU MOST ENJOY HELPING CLIENTS ADDRESS?

Scaling and transforming organizations is my passion. I enjoy assessing the inner workings of organizations and dynamically integrating these as a confluent set of decisions to be implemented over different horizons. In this quest, our SIGOMO® approach distinctively helps clients identify deeper root causes, their interconnectedness, and, above all, the inherent potential opportunities that can catalyze growth and succeed in any/every corporate situation.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE DOING IN FREE/PERSONAL TIME?

Enjoying time with my family, whether by watching movies or playing cards, is one of my favorite activities. I enjoy playing golf and traveling with my wife. Professionally, I also like to stay informed on contemporary management subjects.
