Why did you decide to work at ConfluCore?

I founded ConfluCore to address the needs of futuristic organizational leaders who desire systemic approaches in governance and management. The idea of fostering confluence in organizations and across strategic alliances is paramount for achieving synergies in the 21st century.

What’s the biggest transformation you have been a part of?

Having implemented transformation for a Fortune-10 company, I developed enterprise change practices for prestigious consultancies. The most extensive was streamlining the financial, human, and operational processes (and converging these) to realize the business strategy of a Global-1000 company.

What challenges do you most enjoy helping clients address?

It’s fun to take the bull by the horns! I like to address the toughest issues corporate leaders face when not succeeding with classical problem solving. I also love to identify and develop nascent opportunities available to them.

What do you like doing in free/personal time?

Discovering new peoples, traveling places, and outdoor photography are among my hobbies. When indoors, I love playing the sitar, reading, and watching soccer. When reading, I feel I’m privileged to be in the company of wise men and women.
