WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO WORK AT CONFLUCORE?

Businesses and management schools typically organize around functions like engineering, finance, HR, IT, and sales.  But business problems and opportunities seldom come structured in these frames.  Reality is cross-functional and requires wholistic solutions.  I deeply value ConfluCore’s approaches to addressing client challenges.  Our futuristic approaches are unique and inspire me to offer our deep, cross-functional expertise that create lasting solutions, not just treat the symptoms.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO WORK AT CONFLUCORE?

As a founding member of Enterprise Program Management Office at a multinational that grew through 16 M&A’s (once 16 separate companies), I led the complete transformation of the innovation processes and reorganization.  This became a standard for corporate portfolio planning and cross-business client solutions, while also ensuring flexibility for individual units to serve their select diverse customer bases.

What CHALLENGES DO YOU MOST ENJOY HELPING CLIENTS ADDRESS?

As products and services become more complex and more interconnected in increasingly competitive environments, organizations are no longer able to successfully manage their business through functional silos and classical management consulting.  I enjoy helping leaders discover how to manage their businesses holistically and always keep their end-user customers in mind.  I also enjoy helping companies develop strategies for crises and risk management, addressing multiple scenarios.

What DO YOU LIKE DOING IN FREE/PERSONAL TIME?

I enjoy travelling the world and experiencing different cultures.  As one world, we always learn from each other.  I like to keep current on advancements in management as well as in science, technology, and mathematics, through reading, seminars, and networking.
