Why did you decide to work at ConfluCore?

ConfluCore is an exceptionally innovative team and offers out-of-the-box insights to boards and executives. Its SIGOMO™ process essentially ‘connects the dots’, yielding synergistic solutions. We also care to align business strategy and operational implementation by developing our clients’ capabilities.

What’s the biggest transformation you have been a part of?

As a professional executive, I have helped many companies progress from ‘working in silos’ to becoming synergistic organizations. While challenging, this is eventually highly rewarding for all stakeholders, as I have seen on 3 continents.

What challenges do you most enjoy helping clients address?

I like to hear clearly what my clients say and feel (and don’t say/feel) about their challenges so I can put myself ‘in their shoes’ and help them as a trusted partner in thinking through and implementing fresh insights and solutions that they relish owning.

What do you like doing in free/personal time?

Blessed with a good family, I enjoy a variety of activities with them. My son asks interesting questions and I love engaging with him. When alone, I like to read management literature, track business trends, and do financial modeling for trading.
