For 25 years, Greg has served boards and senior executives of Fortune-500 companies in the chemicals, consumer products, financial services, technology, life sciences, and manufacturing industries, as well as the public sector. Everywhere he has managed crucial projects to assess, design, develop, evaluate, and implement their people systems and build-up their talent. A small sample of his clients include AB InBev, CIGNA, duPont, Lexmark, Sara Lee, and Volvo.
Greg is passionate about continually creating confluence in client organizations through their People Systems and Talent Management. Ranging from organization design and development, to cultural alignment, to detailed HR metrics and people analytics, Greg has applied over 100 different frameworks and tools most suitable to client needs. Additionally, he has adapted a more realistic approach to Mergers & Acquisitions resulting in greater ROI than classically possible.
Greg attained a multi-field management education, acquiring various specializations while pursuing his BS and MBA programs. He has participated in and presided over several T&D industry committees. He is well-versed in English and French and enjoys hiking, cooking and traveling.
