Why did you decide to work at Conflucore?

I am deeply impressed by the SIGOMO™ approach that ConfluCore has pioneered over the last several years. Interacting with several partners, I feel excited about being a part of this innovative organization. We help address our clients’ most challenging questions, while growing ourselves every day.

What is the biggest transformation you have been a part of?

As I globally benchmarked organizations, I learned about the various sizes and types of organizational transformations; which itself has been a huge undertaking and learning. I have assisted several transformations; to mention one, I helped a process manufacturing company transform its people systems across 4 continents.

What challenges do you most enjoy helping clients address?

The most challenging is the beginning of an engagement while defining it and contextualizing the scope. SIGOMO™ questions are exceptionally helpful in illuminating client situations, leaving no blind spots, and exciting them about going for confluence using qualitative and advanced quantitative approaches.

What do you like doing in free/personal time?

In our free time, my girlfriend and I enjoy traveling to new places and enjoying different cultures, trying fresh recipes, attending music concerts, and hiking with our dog.
