Why did you decide to work at ConfluCore?

ConfluCore consists of pioneering professionals who have deep roots in the crucial integrative disciplines that address management opportunities and problems. These individuals focus on dynamic feedback realities and on generating sustainable solutions. We feel renewed by learning from each other and our clients.

What’s the biggest transformation you have been a part of?

I led two of the world’s largest implementations; at CSIR and at Toyota. Each strategic project spanned several years and included multiple stakeholders. I was privileged to present periodic investment rationales and progress reviews to Toyota Motor Corporation’s board of directors.

What challenges do you most enjoy helping clients address?

My quest is to highlight the synergy and power corporations can realize by undertaking an integrative view of things and realizing confluence. It is fulfilling to give clients what most classical consultants and trainers cannot characteristically offer.

What do you like doing in free/personal time?

I am a Meccano collector and a Make fan; these help me release the builder (the creative little boy) inside me. I also like bridge and play squash. But I most cherish going out with my wonderful wife.
